Raspberry cake recipe
1 package white cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package raspberry gelatin
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large
bowl, combine cake mix and gelatin. Add in raspberries with the
juice, oil, eggs and water. Beat until well blended. Pour
into a greased 9X13 pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick
inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool. Frost with whipped
topping and fresh raspberries.
