Pumpkin cake recipe
1 package yellow cake
mix
2/3 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 can pumpkin
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
Preheat
oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
In
a large bowl, mix together the cake mix, sugar and spice. Set
aside. In another bowl blend the vegetable oil, pumpkin, water and
eggs. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cool.
